The Rock’s G-Taranaki “Joe Satriani” Competition
 Terms and Conditions

How to Enter:

1.      Head to www.therock.net.nz from Monday 23 June until Friday 11 July.

2.      Answer the question relating to Joe Satriani on the G-Taranaki page under Events.

3.      The winner will be announced on The Rock on Friday July 11 with The Morning Rumble (between 7am and 10am).

4.      The prize includes;
-      Return economy class flights for 2 to Taranaki from anywhere on the Air NZ network. Flights will be to Taranaki on Friday 18 July, returning Sunday 20 July.
-      2 nights accommodation in a standard double or twin room at the Devon Hotel.
-      2 tickets to the G-Taranaki concerts on Friday 18 July and Saturday 19 July. 
-      A JS1000BTB – JOE SATRIANI guitar from Musicworks (to be picked up from Musicworks Taranaki by the winner on Friday 18 July).

5.      Promotion runs from Monday 23 June and finishes Friday 11 July, 2008.

Terms and Conditions of Entry:

1.      Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2.      Entry is open to all New Zealand residents except immediate family, agencies and staff of RadioWorks NZ Ltd.

3.      The prize package does not cover incidental expenses incurred at hotel including phone, food and beverages.

4.      All other expenses incurred whilst traveling are the responsibility of the winner. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

5.      The Rock Network take all care but no responsibility for any eventualities, which we cannot control.

6.      The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

7.      If the winner is not available to take the prize as stated, the prize is forfeited

8.      Judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.      By entering the competition, the winner thereby agrees that [a] The Rock Network may use their photo and name for publicity purposes; and [b] their name may be published on air (all broadcast mediums).

10.      The Rock Network and participating businesses will not be held accountable for any expense, loss or injury incurred whilst collecting any, or all, of the prize package, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner.

11.      If a specified prize becomes unavailable, The Rock Network and participating businesses may substitute a replacement prize at its absolute discretion.
