Name? Leah Panapa
Age? Old enough to be called a 'cougar' by Bryce Casey.
Where did you grow up? Sunny Hawkes Bay
Partner? Married to Welsh hunk Mike, we have two furry kids...Kasha the dog, Obi the cat.
Work history? I’ve worked at 5 radio stations in my career - from HB to Taupo to Auckland. But some will tell you radio isn't really 'work'.
How long have you been working at The Rock? My parole officer says I have about 12 months left on my sentence here ... whew! (8 years I think).
What's the best thing about working at The Rock? Good blokes to work with.
What's the worst thing about working at The Rock? Too much testosterone at times.
Career highlights? I've been fortunate enough to meet some amazing people in my career – one highlight was interviewing Meatloaf. Also – even though I wouldn't call it a highlight as such – having Tommy Lee in the studio at 8 in the morning. He was half cut, drinking vodka out of a coffee cup, and I'm sitting only two feet away from him! Surreal moment!
What's the dumbest thing you have ever done? Probably turning down a job offer from MaiFM 15 years ago! I could now be a regular on Bro Town!
What are your favourite bands? Aerosmith, Kings of Leon, Prince and the Revolutions.
What do you drive? What do you think it says about you? Mazda CX-7...it says I neede a big car because hubby won't let the dog in his beloved car!
What do you do to wind down? Doing a Breakfast Show means I live in a perpetual state of 'sleep deprivation'; so winding down usually involves my lovely big couch, a blankie, and me staring at my inner eyelids!
What's the best advice you've ever been given? When the bad outweighs the good, it’s time for a change.
What's your favourite sport on telly? Sorry to be boring ... but an All Black game. Especially if they are playing Wales (for obvious reasons).
Which Super 14 team do you support? The Waggamonga Wasps (small team – very hush hush).
Do you play any sports? My synchronised swimming career was short-lived because I thought the peg on my nose looked stupid! But I do love squash.
How do you like your coffee? Made for me by Andrew Mulligan....but he's too busy making them for Rog.
Favourite beer/beverage? Wine all the way! Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and a good Pinot Noir are my drinks of choice.
Favourite fast food? Are noodles considered fast food? If so, I love, love, love Pad Thai!
Pets? My furry babies: meet 'the family'
I have talked about our dog on the show. Kasha is now a year old, she's half border collie/rough coat collie.
She is the sweetest dog you'll meet, but she does have a wicked bark and growl on her!
Obi is our Maine Coon cat. He's an ex-breeding cat, and would sit on you all day dribbling and smooching (sounds like Roger? ha!)
For all dog lovers, here's some links of businesses I've used for Kasha. It may help fellow dog lovers (sorry, these are Auckland companies, but Jimbo's does post).
Woodcote Farms
If your looking for a kennel, check out Woodcote Farms in Massey, West Auckland. Kasha spent two weeks there and came back happy - FITTER than when we dropped her off. Jill and the team love what they do and won't lock up your pooch all day!

Jimbos
If you want to feed your dog fresh meat (from beef, chicken, bones and mince) check out Jimbos:

Walkies
And when we get really busy, we sometimes employ Domonique, Lynette and the lovely girls at Walkies to take Kasha out for a run.
