THIS WEEK'S REVIEW
I must apologise…I’ve let the team down - I don’t really have a review for you….
FACT: Yesterday the Rock Team converged on a restaurant and began what we do well here – drink – the occasion was Doully’s farewell.
I do remember drinking a lovely drop – Shingle Peak Sauvignon Blanc - infact I remember drinking quite a bit of it! I do know Shingle Peak was one of the first vineyards in New Zealand’s premium Marlborough wine region.
TIP; Always remember when out drinking with workmates try and control the urge to:
A- Bail up the boss about pay, holidays and why it took him so long to get rid of Doully
and
B- Let the ‘slimy’ one of the group – aka Roger – talk at you about the man he used to be before marriage and kids.
GLASSES OUT OF FIVE: 5 being the best….the Shingle Peak Sauvignon Blanc went down very, very well and I think I easily did 5 glasses
