Due to the high value of the current bids for the Folden and the high profile of this vehicle, we've made the responsible decision to not tour the Folden around NZ. We cannot risk damage or thieft of the Folden prior to it's change in ownership on Thursday 6 May. We apologise for this.

The Folden is solden!

Yep, The Rock team will be sad to see it go, but the Folden has now been auctioned off for the tidy sum of $62,700. Proceeds will go to the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.

It's been a wild ride, but what a great way to send off Robert and Jono's mechanical Frankenstein.

Check out how the auction finished up

It started as a crazy dream ... went through weeks of controversy, setbacks, sleepless nights, and bomb threats ... but here it is at last. Introducing Robert and Jono's Folden!

I agree with a lot of the others, Rock Wives should be Rock Wives. Sorry but 3 months does not constitute a long term relationship. They might have been hot but some of them definitely smelled fishy. If you just want the hottest Rock listeners, have a contest for Rock chicks.

The name rockwifes should only mean rockwifes, only married women, not girlfriends or engaged chicks. this will sort out the dodgie entries The Rock got this year.

Gidday, I reckon if you keep the name "Rock Wives" you should make it only married chicks can enter. There is something sexy about them being married. Ta.
