What a crazy week or so with our latest competition!

It has also been interesting to see how people have interpreted it ... many seeing the light fun side of what we are trying to achieve ... and the others that have emailed/text/rung/ abused us saying we are doing no less that encouraging human trafficking?

Maybe it is the wording WIN that is upsetting ... but for the record there is no obligation for the woman in the Ukraine to come back with the kiwi guy to New Zealand! I even read one statement where some person was relating our competition to the circumcision of women's clitorises in Ethiopia!! Are you fecking serious? But I suppose ... opinions are like bottoms, we all have them.

Well, I for one am looking forward to how its all going to pan out and what Rock listener gets the trip of a lifetime!

Jessica, im quite happy they dont notice me. The divorce rates 50% for a reason, women here are single because they choose to be, for men its a numbers game. My lifes going well, Im working, living alone n look after myself, I dont need to settle, for whats left over here. Irve done my chubby chasing stage, single mothers, and the ones living in their own fantasy world.
I dont need to get free sex its often overated, and more dangurous than a hooker.

woman of NZ against this competition, I am 20 years of age and freaked out with the growing number of new age kiwi woman. woman who no longer care about their appearance, abuse KFC and MCDS, neglect their children and overall are too career focused. Meanwhile the kiwi blokes are left to pick up the pieces. Perhaps the kiwi woman of today can learn a lot from the hard working housewives from Ukraine....I persoanlly will be looking offshore for a potential wife when I'm ready to settle down, no point marrying a lazy beach whale eh???

Greg - why are you blaming women for your inability to find someone who will put up with you? Don't blame the women of NZ for your crappy personality. It's not our fault that you can't find anyone who will sleep with you. If you keep failing at relationships and no woman wants to go anywhere near you then chances are it's YOU who is the problem not the women involved.

Take a look in the mirror KC your own responses are hardly angelic bitter angry and pathetic, at 47 I'm single , independent celibate male, I dont need looking after, judging by the female responses in the faebook page thats al you lot expect. I'm glad I dont get noticed here.

Why don't you publish the "abuse" you've suffered Leah? Unless you count people ringing advertisers and saying they will boycott them if they support this ugly stunt as abuse? Why don't you check out the FB page where mods have been threatened with rape, and abused 24-7. The fact is - you lot messed up. You crossed a line and this stunt was too offensive. Now you're backtracking. Advertisers have pulled out and you've had to change the name of the competition. Just give it up. You're wrong, admit it. And move on. Spider far from the Truth, These women are highly educated and working in professional careers, their not victims of a poor society, innocent teens, or somehow anyway disadvantaged, they just want the white picket fence because of the 1 man to 10 women odds. The divorce rate here for foreign marriages is 75% only marginally higher than settling for a local if you can get ones atetntions at 50%. Sure theirs a risk but no less so than getting taken to the cleaners by a local out after a easy score. The dating scene here is pretty slack, meeting women doesnt get any easier as you get older in fact its worse, the rocks just brought out a some very negative aspects of what men here have to cope with if their single. I'm tending to avoid even bothering with kiwi women in the dating scene, many are bitter, insecure or have far too much chaos in their lives, and they are single for a reason, so if they are they only have themselves to blame if men give up on them.
