By participating in the Promotion, nominators and nominees grant The Rock permission to use their names, characters, photographs, wind up audio, voices and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. 3. All nominators and nominees personal details will be held by The Rock and may be used for the purpose of the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with MediaWorks Privacy Policy (see www.mediaworks.co.nz) unless otherwise directed by entrants at the time of entry. 4. The Rock reserves the right to extend or discontinue the Promotion at any stage, for any reason. 5. The Rock disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, Acts of God or otherwise. 6. To the fullest extent permitted by law The Rock will not be liable for any expense, loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the Promotion. 7. The Rock may use information from entrants in a database to be used for the purpose of its business within Mediaworks. 8. To the extent permitted by law, The Rock, telephone networks, or service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of the Promotion information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction. 9.
