Give that man a beer.
Well, another beer.
An Australian lad checked-in a singular can of beer as his luggage on his flight from Perth to Melbourne - and the bloody thing made it to the destination, undamaged AND unopened.
The best part - it even ended up on luggage carousel, with it's own baggage sticker.
Why did they do it? For a laugh, of course.
My mate works at the airport and we hatched the plan as a laugh – I half didn’t expect it to come out the other end.
The anonymous passenger continued. “But when it did it was sent out well in front of all the other luggage, so the baggage handlers obviously appreciated it.”
Next time, make the most of that 20kg allowance and send a whole crate over!
