That is no ordinary Nissan Pathfinder!

A man has been arrested for allegedly doing burn outs in a Hungry Jack's car park because he was mad that the soft-serve machine was broken.

The bogan tried to order an ice cream at the drive through of the fast food chain's store in Aberfoyle Park, in Adelaide's south, on Tuesday night.

But after being told the machine was out of order, he began doing burn outs while waiting in line at the customer service window.

The man then allegedly performed a U-turn and managed to evade police.

Officers eventually found him entering a nearby home where they arrested him in the bathroom.

He was charged with a slew of offences including misuse of a motor vehicle, fail to obey a direction to stop and hindering police.

His car was also impounded for 28 days.

The man will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court later on Wednesday.

It's never really broken it
