Rog, Bryce, Dunc, Mulls and Westie Lee, listen up.
According to a study done in 2017, wasabi can help with stimulating hair growth. Who knew?
The study revealed wasabi contains high levels of a chemical that helps awaken the papilla cells which are responsible for hair growth on a human scalp, Ladbible reports.
The chemical is called isosaponarin, and apparently it helps the proteins in your scalp cells develop by creating protein. This protein creates pathways for nutrients to feed the cells, causing hair to grow.
The only catch is, you have to rub the wasabi on your head... not eat it.
Why not give it a go? I'm looking at you baldy.
