Iron Maiden have just released their third beer - the limited edition Trooper Red 'N' Black.
The porter is named after the song "The Red and the Black" from their album 'The Book of Souls'.
Apparently the alcohol also changes colour from red to black in different lights, which is bloody cool.
Singer Bruce Dickinson said he was heavily involved in crafting the bevvy:
“Stouts and porters were virgin territory for me. So I just went by feel. [Robinson’s Brewery head brewer] Martyn [Weeks] and I hope we have created a new take on a classic beer and one which I hope will tickle the taste buds of ale fans in a pleasantly unexpected way.”
At the moment, the beer is only rolling out in America, which sucks for lil' ol' NZ, but hey, we can dream.
