Tool albums re-enter NZ Top 40 while single 'Fear Inoculum' breaks Billboard record

The charts have never looked so good!

The NZ Top 40 has never looked so good!

Just under two weeks ago, Tool finally made their full discography available digitally on services like Spotify and Apple Music, Days later, they released 'Fear Incoulum,' the title track from the upcoming album and the first new Tool single in 13 years. And both releases had an immediate impact on local music charts.

Three of Tool's albums have re-entered the Official Top 40 best-selling and most-streamed albums and their new single is sitting pretty at #3 in the Hot 40 Singles chart, a list of the fastest-moving tracks by sales, streams and airplay.

'Ænima' currently sits at #3 on the album charts, with 'Lateralus' and '10,000 Days' following at #7 and #9 respectively.

Tool has also broken records overseas. The 10 minutes and 21 seconds single 'Fear Inoculum' has made history as the longest song to enter the Billboard Hot 100.

Every Tool Album is also in the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 right now.

It seems Tool is taking over the world - how good.

Tool's new album will be released on 30 August.. when it will probably break even more records.
