Trent Reznor is "pretty freaked out" about Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction

Rock News 16/01/2020

Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor has just made the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and it's safe to say he's pretty in shock about it all.

He's won an Oscar, reached the top of the charts, and now he can add this to his list.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, he said,

I'm pretty freaked out. I'm quite in shock

For the last three years, Reznor has been in the ballot, but never quite made the cut.

I'm kind of relieved because I figured that every year for the rest of my life, I'd have a new dissapointment reminding me, "you're not good enough"

The 2020 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is in Cleveland this year, which is where Nine Inch Nail's first album was started.

While Reznor is stoked about all of this, he would've preferred that the whole band were inducted, telling Rolling Stone "I'm not the one deciding that, but there's an effort on my part to acknowledge that."
