Tool won Best Metal Performance at the Grammys 2020

Tool has won their fourth Grammy to add to the list.

Tool has won their fourth grammy to add to the list.

Up against Candlemass, Death Angel, I Prevail and Killswitch Engage - Tool managed to snag the title of Best Metal Performance for "7empest" from their latest album "Fear Inoculum", released in August last year.

Justin Chancellor and Danny Carey accepted the gramophone, with Carey saying:

He then goes on to thank the rest of his band members, who he says "can't do anything without".

Not only did they win the Grammy, but they've broken a record with "7empest" being the longest song to ever win the award at 15 minutes and 44 seconds.
