Not to hype up fans of the Foo Fighters but there may or may not have been some teasers floating around in California over the past few days about a possible new album release.
On Instagram, someone uploaded a selfie taken in front of the Vogue Theatre on Hollywood Blvd. in L.A. which had the Foo Fighters logo on it with an 'X' mark - which is Roman numeral for 10.
Over on the Foo Fighters' Reddit page, someone posted a video projected on a wall in Sherman Oaks, California of the Foo Fighters logo followed by a burning coffin.
Someone also noted that a flaming casket popped up while streaming "The Pretender" on Spotify.
In March, Dave Grohl confirmed their new album has been completed:
We just finished another fucking record and I'm so fucking proud of it. It's unlike anything we've ever done. I'm fucking excited for people to hear it and I can't wait to jump on that fucking stage to play it. There are choruses on this record that 50-fucking-thousand people are going to sing to and it's going to bring everyone's hearts together in that moment. And that's what it's all about.
