Ozzy Osbourne reunites with Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi for new track 'Degradation Rules'

The new song is the second single from Ozzy's forthcoming album Patient Number 9.

Ozzy is back, and this time he's reunited with his former Black Sabbath bandmate Tony Iommi on a new track, 'Degradation Rules.'

The new song is the second single from Ozzy's forthcoming album Patient Number 9, and features Iommi on guitar with Ozzy on vocals. Overall, the tune sounds pretty reminiscent to Black Sabbath's 'The Wizard.'

Have a listen below.

Oh, and it appears the song's about masturbation.

The rest of the album features contributions from not only Iommi, but also Zakk Wylde, Eric Clapton and Mike McCready.

Ozzy hasn't been out of hospital long - he had a pretty hectic surgery last month, after an infamous quad bike injury in 2003, which was reaggravated after falling in 2019.

He had his first public appearance last Friday (July 22) at Comic-Con International, where he offered an update on his health.

"It's great, it's great," he said.

"I like to see people, you know. That's been the hardest thing of the past three years, because I've been trying to recover from my surgery. I'm getting there. It's a slow climb back, you know?"

Patient Number 9 is set to come out on September 9th, you can pre-order it here
