Jim caught up with Daniel Butler, the butcher from Riversdale in Southland who's recently been in the news for creating the Double Brown Sausage.

Dan, who's been a life long DoBro drinker initially got the idea to fuse the two from his wife - who thought that Heikenen might've been a nice match. But of course the only beverage that Dan had sitting in the chiller was his trusty Double Brown.
