A Chinese bloke Yang Hu made headlines in 2013 after he chopped off his own penis because he was sick of being single - only to instantly regret his decision and race to the hospital to attach it back on.
Problem is, he forgot to bring his wang to the hospital, so had to cycle back home to get it - but by then the damage was done and was too late to fix it.
