A daring thrillseeker leaped off the Auckland Harbour Bridge on Tuesday night in the name of charity - again, and again, and again.
Mike Heard is attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the most bungee jumps in 24 hours.
In the first four hours, he managed 100 jumps, needing only another 55 to take the title.
Mr Heard's mission is all in the name of charity, raising money for the Mental Health Foundation.
It's not his first time leaping for charity. In 2008, he took on the same mission, to crack the world record for most jumps in 24 hours.
Back then, he broke the record with 103 jumps in 10 hours - a third fewer than he's undertaking eight years on.
Mr Heard's last record attempt raised $5000 for the Cure Kids medical research charity.
