Napping is the answer to finding true happiness (research finds)
Feeling a bit shady after a big weekend with the Foos? Well, have we got some good news for you.
Napping is good for your health. A study by Oxford University observed the napping habits of 16,000 British men and women for a whopping 13 years and found those who napped during the day were happier than those who refrained.
Previous research has shown that naps of under 30 minutes make you more focused, productive and creative, and these new findings suggest the tantalizing possibility that you can also become happier by just taking a short nap.
Similarly, longer napping is associated with several health risks and, again, this is in line with our results.
On that note, tools down boss, just taking a nap.
