Calling all Green Day and Billie Joe Armstrong fans - possibly the best piece of brand memorabilia is for sale right here in New Zealand.
A badass 1961 Chevy Greenbrier previously owned by Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong is up for auction on TradeMe. The punk rockers customised van was originally purchased by Graham van de Laar, who reportedly clicked bought the van by mistake.
Now he's looking to get rid of it for a buy now of $39,995.
The van comes with 'GRNDAY' number plate and Armstrong's signature on the glove box. It's also has a State of California Certificate of Title to prove it was owned by the Rocker.
"It was Billie Joe's personal surf van he used in California, I have a copy of the "State of California Certificate of Title", goes with the van," the ad reads.
