One Aussie bloke's bizarre Bali blowout has been captured on video, showing him running like a nutter through the streets, kicking a man off a scooter and throwing himself at moving cars.
Nicholas Carr, a 26-year-old apprentice builder from South Australia, was filmed charging forward and kicking a man off his bike, which skids along the ground. Another video shows him running towards an oncoming car and launching himself over the top of it.
Scooter rider Wayan Wirawan suffered minor injuries in the attack, and says he can't understand why it happened.
"I was on my way to work. Suddenly a foreign man kicked me. I was extremely shocked," he told 7News.
Police are also investigating Carr's involvement in a home invasion. Seminyak resident Nyoman Purda says he was confronted by the Australian, who violently knocked him to the ground before escaped."
Carr was eventually captured and tied up with rope before being taken to hospital to recover from his injuries.
Kuta police chief Teuku Ricki Fadlianshah told 7News that police are still investigating the incidents and have yet to question Carr.
"Our team are still at the crime scenes investigating. Many places were [allegedly] damaged by him. Our team are still working to check all the places," he said.
Carr is expected to face a number of charges.
