Bloke that took LSD at Disneyland found a mile away, covered in scratches & completely naked

Because what could go wrong, right?

What better place to take mind altering drugs than the happiest place on earth: Disneyland? Because what could go wrong, right? Well...quite a lot...

A 32-year-old Swiss man visiting Disneyland Paris last week decided to make his experience just that little bit happier by taking LSD with his girlfriend.

His girlfriend told authorities she saw him fall into the 'Adventureland Lake' and he didn't surface, so she feared the worst.

A huge search party with 130 people - 30 firefighters, 10 divers, 10 policeman, 80 Disneyland employees, sniffer dogs and a helicopter with thermal imaging equipment - was deployed to search for the bloke.

He was thankfully found alive at 1am, a mile away from the park, naked, covered in scratches and with no memory of what happened.

"At first I was worried and then I saw that he was lost," said the man who found him. "He did not speak French. I think it’s a German Swiss. We spoke in English.

"I offered to call him but he did not remember his number. He had scratches on his legs and arms. He did not remember anything."

The first person to spot the tripping bloke was actually on his way home.

"I was driving home on Saturday around 1am when I came face to face with a naked man," the man - named only as Benoit - said.

"I stopped, got out of the car and went to meet him. I wanted to know what a naked man was doing 300m from my home." Fair enough, too.

The Swiss man and his girlfriend were detained by the local police for narcotics use and later released.

Good to see all Disney stories still have a happy ending.
