Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, six and a half million Aussies have been given a one off payment of $750 to keep the economy going during this time.
One Aussie blokes way of keeping the economy going is by buying himself eight cases of VB... and honestly who can blame the guy?
A video was shared by Sydney Crime News on Facebook, titled "Our first stimulus payment award of the month goes to (drum roll)..... this man 😂😂😂"
The unnamed man is sitting in his van looking pretty stoked with himself.
"I've just spent my stimulus money, I've got eight slabs in there and that should last me about eight days".
"I'm as happy as a pig in mud", and a lot of other people were happy about this mans investment too, with some Facebook users commenting:
"I work 28 days a month and pay mamoth amounts of tax and this makes me happy..... good on him."
"Good on ya mate, have a beer for me."
"Well the Government wants you to spend it so good on him. Looks happy."
