An Aussie bloke has been charged with attacking party-goers and their vehicles in an excavator, in response to a noisy party on his neighbour's property.
On the one hand you're like, c'mon mate - relax. But on the other, aren't you also like.....can ya blame him?

It sounds like a funny yarn at first, but having a look at the footage, he nearly wipes someone out with the bucket of his digger - he's just lucky no one was injured or killed.
He's been charged with drink driving and dangerous operation of a vehicle.
