Queensland and Northern New South Wales have been hard hit with extreme weather, heavy rainfall and damaging winds that have caused dramatic flooding.
Gold Coast locals have described the conditions as "cyclonic", with the dramatic weather blowing panels off roofing, threatening businesses and homes, 7 News reports.
But that didn't stop one Aussie woman braving the flood to save her beloved beer kegs after they'd be swept into the flood from a local surf club.
We wish there was a video of this one, but as you can see by the images above it looks like she truley dived for her life to save the beer.
We aren't encouraging jumping into a dangerous flood to save your piss.
But what a battler.
