A Michigan couple have lost a lawsuit against their son, after throwing away his beloved pornography collection.
42-year-old David Werking sued his parents Beth and Paul, after they threw out what a judge called "a trove of pornography and an array of sex toys."
David moved into his parent's home after a divorce back in 2016, but later moved back out to Indiana. Once he'd moved out, his parents delivered all of his belongings to him, except his box of porno magazines, films and sex toys.
His father emailed him sternly saying: “Frankly, David, I did you a big favor getting rid of all this stuff.”
David ended up winning the court case, and the parents' attorney is currently working to establish the value of the items that were thrown away.
David estimates the value to be $25,000.
That's a big porno collection.
