Johnny Knoxville's time as a Jackass is soon coming to an end.

The 50-year-old certified Jackass recently revealed to GQ that he'll be quitting the franchise after the upcoming Jackass 4.

"You can only take so many chances before something irreversible happens", he explained, "I feel like I've been extremely lucky to take the chances I've taken and still be walking around."

Over the last two decades, Knoxville has suffered broken bones, concussions, missing teeth and seizures, to name a few. Plus, anyone remember that time a motorbike landed in his crotch and he started peeing blood? Maddog.

Honestly, after everything the guy has been through, we can't blame him for calling it a day after the upcoming movie. Him and Steve-O were even hospitalized just two days into filming it.

In other Jackass news, co-host Bam Margera took to Instagram on Sunday claiming that his Jackass family "betrayed, rejected and abandoned" him, after he was kicked off the film for breaching his contract.

His contract reportedly included requirements that he got drug tests, remained sober, took his medication and saw a psychologist.

Knoxville responded saying, “We want Bam to be happy and healthy and get the help he needs,

“We tried to push that along. I think that’s all I really want to say about it.... I don’t want to get into a public back-and-forth with Bam. I just want him to get better.”
