Don't believe the fake news - I Am Hope are going strong and still supplying young Kiwis with free counselling sessions when they need it most.

This morning The Rumble and Mike King cleared up a few things about the I Am Hope and Spare Change fund. "The Key to Life Charitable Trust is not bankrupt, I Am Hope is not bankrupt," said King.

"All that's happened is the $1.3 million dollars that generous Kiwis donated to the I Am Hope account for free kids counselling has been exhausted" after people reached out for help.

While that fund may be gone, the Spare Change fund The Rock and Bryce Casey started is still going strong.

The fund is for anyone between 20 and 25 years of age and currently has over $358,000 ready for free sessions.

If you or someone you love would like to access this fund, all the info can be found here.
