It's that time of the year again when we get to find out just what kind of freaky stuff New Zealanders watch in their free time.
Pornhub teamed up with Ladbible NZ to take a closer look at kiwi’s porn-viewing preferences, and there are some hectic results. The data is taken from relative searches based on over 100 genres from PornHub videos.
First up, we have the top relative searches, meaning the search terms that are proportionately more popular in New Zealand compared to the rest of the world.
Turns out, kiwis are 797% more likely to search for “swimsuit,” 763% more into “homemade swingers,” and 523% more into “yoga pants” than the rest of the world. Hmmm
PornHub has also analysed which categories are proportionately more viewed in NZ compared to the rest of the world.
Apparently, Kiwis are 941% more likely to view ‘Safe for Work’, but we're not sure there's much content on the site that is okay to watch at work.
The next lot of results illustrate the top relative search terms for each region of NZ, when compared to the rest of the country. This is where things get real interesting.
Starting with Northland, their top relative search term is simply “naked girls".
As for Bay of Plenty, they're most into “pillow humping.” Note to self, remember to BYO pillow next time I’m visiting the Bay.
Turns out Wellington are into their “foursomes”, while Manawatu are searching for “public.”
