Two Canadian women were arrested in Australia after being caught with a whopping 96kg of cocaine, worth over $30mil (NZD).
Mélina Roberge (23) and Isabelle Lagacé (28) were on their OE, travelling through Aussie on a cruise ship when they were stopped by Sydney customs officers. The girls were travelling with a 63 year old man, Andre Tamine.
The drug bust is apparently the biggest one in Aussie to date involving a ship or a plane.
The maximum penalty for their crime is life in prison, which might put an awkward stop on their travels. Hmmm...
Check out their Instagram posts, taken just days before their arrests.
