You can count on your hands the amount of times Dave Grohl has performed a Nirvana track, since Kurt Cobain's tragic death back in 1994.
However, last weekend the former Nirvana member jumped on the drums to bash out a cover of Nirvana’s “In Bloom,” with the New Orleans jazz collective Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue.
The band were mid-set at Los Angeles’ Voodoo Threauxdown Festival when Grohl joined them for one hell of a high, intensity cover of the Nevermind classic.

This epic 'In Bloom' rendition comes roughly a month after Grohl and fellow Nirvana bandmate Krist Novoselic reunited to perform 'Molly's Lips', during a Foos gig in Seattle.
So, here's hoping Grohl continues to revisit Nirvana music.
