In a recent interview with RollingStone, Bruce Springsteen revealed he has "lots of projects" in the works, including full-length "lost albums" to release from his archives.

In regards to his upcoming projects, Springsteen said “there’s a lot of really good music left. You just go back there. It’s not that hard. If I pull out something from 1980, or 1985, or 1970, it’s amazing how you can slip into that voice. It’s just sort of a headspace. All of those voices remain available to me, if I want to go to them.”

He revealed later in the interview that some of those songs will appear on a follow-up volume of his 1998 box set Tracks.

According to E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg, Springsteen has recorded new parts for over 40 songs over the last three years. He said:

Any other artist would kill to get those songs.
