Ozzy has unreleased songs with Taylor Hawkins that will be 'used for another thing'

The Prince of Darkness has numerous unreleased songs with Taylor Hawkins.

The Prince of Darkness has numerous unreleased songs with Taylor Hawkins that we'll eventually be able to hear, according to Ozzy’s producer Andrew Watt.

Ozzy’s latest album ‘Patient Number 9’ features a bunch of iconic artists, including Hawkins and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith on drums respectively. Both drummers feature on the track ‘God Only Knows.’

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Andrew Watt revealed there are more recordings with Hawkins that didn’t make the album.

He said, “There's a bunch of other stuff with Ozzy and Taylor, as well, that's going to be used for another thing.”

Osbourne didn’t actually meet Hawkins until the recording sessions for ‘Patient Number 9,’ but dedicated the album to him after his tragic passing in March this year.

As well as Taylor Hawkins and Chad Smith, the album also features Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Zakk Wylde, Tony Iommi, Robert Trujillo, Duff McKagan and more.

‘Patient Number 9’ dropped last Friday, and is available to stream and buy now.

On the same day as the album release, Ozzy took the stage at the NFL halftime to perform the title track from the album, as well as his classic 'Crazy Train.'
