WATCH: Dave Grohl performs ‘Easy’ with Lionel Richie at Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

They performed The Commodore's 1977 tune.

Dave Grohl joined forces with Lionel Richie over the weekend, to perform The Commodore’s ‘Easy’ at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in LA.

Richie was one of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees on Saturday (November 5), alongside Eminem, Dolly Parton, Duran Duran, Judas Priest, Eurythmics and more.

In amongst performing his solo tracks ‘Hello’ and ‘All Night Long (All Night)’, Richie launched into a cover of The Commodores 1977 tune ‘Easy.’ Richie begins the song solo, before Grohl joins him for the guitar solo. Of course, Grohl absolutely nailed it.

Check out fan-captured-footage of the performance below.

Grohl wasn’t the only guest to perform on the night. Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler joined Eminem for ‘Sing For The Moment,’ and Dolly Parton performed ‘Jolene’ with a bunch of Hall of Fame inductees including Judas Priest’s Rob Halford.

Judas Priest also performed a three-song medley of ‘You’ve Got Another Thing Comin,’ ‘Breaking the Law’ and ‘Living After Midnight’ - which marked their first performance with former guitarist K. K. Downing in 13 years, and their first with drummer Les Binks since 1979.
