Ozzy Osbourne says he ‘can’t fking walk much now’ but is determined to get back on stage

Ozzy Osbourne is damn determined not to retire…

The Prince of Darkness recently opened up about his health struggles and talked about how frustrating it is that he still can’t walk properly following his surgery in June this year.

The major operation, which was crucial to his neck and back, saw Ozzy get the metal hardware in his back realigned.

Speaking to SirusXM about the lingering side effects of the surgery, Ozzy said:

"It is so fucking tough because, I mean, I want to be out there. I want to be doing it. This fucking surgery this guy did. Fucking hell, you have no idea.

“The thing is my head is all right, my creativity is OK, my singing OK but I just can’t fucking walk much now."

Ozzy, who’s also dealing with Parkinson’s disease, has a bunch of international concert dates set for his No More Tours 2 tour, starting in May 2023, but it’s not confirmed that these will actually go ahead.

"I can’t begin to tell you how fucking frustrating life has become,” Ozzy said.

“It is amazing how you go along in life and one stupid thing can screw everything up for a long time. I have never been ill this long in my life."

When Ozzy performed at The Commonwealth Games earlier this year, it was only two months post-op, and you may not have realised that he was actually propped up by a device supporting his hips and lower back throughout the whole performance.

If there’s one thing that man has, it’s the dedication to performing for his fans.

Wishing you a speedy recovery always, Ozzy! Keep kicking mate.
