'South Park: Snow Day!' is all confirmed and coming to consoles and PC next year.
The game is being developed by Question Games and will be released for the PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Nintendo Switch in 2024 - really covering all the bases.
Up to four players will be tasked with saving the world during a "snow day".
A press release teased: “Join Cartman, Stan, Kyle and Kenny, in three-dimensional glory, to celebrate the most magical day in any young child’s life – a snow day!
“Grab up to three friends and battle your way through the snow-piled streets of South Park on a quest to save the world and enjoy a day without school.”
The game’s reveal trailer shows South Park’s characters reimagined in 3D graphics, in a blizzard-battle involving fireballs, melee weapons, and a snow shovel catapult.
'South Park: Snow Day!' will be the ninth video-game released by the animated sitcom series. The first ‘South Park’ game released electronically was back in 1998, and was a first-person shooter game released for Nintendo 64, and later developed for PC and PlayStation.
Over the years, games like ‘South Park: The Stick of Truth’ and ‘The Fractured but Whole’ have seen success with fans - here’s hoping ‘Snow Day’ is just as good.
