Creed perform 'With Arms Wide Open' together for the first time in 12 years on reunion cruise

That's a long time to have your arms closed.

After twelve long years, Creed’s collective arms are finally back to being wide open.

The American band’s reunion festival cruise ship is sailing right now and they just ripped out their first concert since 2012 on it. It’s called the ‘Summer Of ‘99’ festival cruise and they’re the headliner of a lineup that includes 3 Doors Down, Buckcherry, Tonic, and more.

Fans were treated to a tracklist (which is at the end of this article) of all the best Creed tunes and footage of their performance of ‘With Arms Wide Open’ has been going viral.

The reunion cruise festival was announced in July of last year and finally took off from Miami yesterday.  It's on its way to the Bahamas before docking again in Florida to end it.

Knowing their history, I wouldn’t be surprised if they had another reunion event in the 2030s, maybe on a spaceship since they have to one-up the cruise. The polarising post-grunge rockers broke up in 2004, before getting back together in 2009. Then they went back on a hiatus until their 2012 reunion tour.

Technically, the fellas had an impromptu reunion at a baseball game late last year. The fellas showed up to Game 3 of the MLB’s  American League Championship Series and, when they were shown on the big screen, sang ‘Higher’ with the whole crowd
