During a gig on Saturday, The Red Hot Chili Pepper's dropped a live rendition of Jimi Hendrix's 1967 hit 'Purple Haze'.
The 60's anthem got the Chili treatment, led by a shirtless Anthony Kiedis, and the famous rollicking guitar riff created a spirited energy you can almost physically see, bouncing between the band.
The boys were playing at the annual Silverlake Conservatory Music Gala, with a mini set of just seven songs. All of them bangers though. We're talking 'Otherside', 'Under The Bridge' and a cover of 'Ramblin Man'.
What we'd give to have been there...
