A new trailer for the upcoming South Park movie has dropped, and it shows Kyle and Stan all grown up.
The upcoming Paramount+ film South Park: Post Covid will take us 40 years into the future when the boys are full grown adults, which in itself is pretty buzzy to see. The trailer sees the two in in their Colorado town, full of panicked citizens and hover-boards.
It's also revelaed in the trailer that Kyle and Stan have to solve a problem together, but fans have been left in the dark as to what that problem is.
“You remember when we were little, as friends we said we’d always be there for each other when things got bad?” Kyle asks his mate Stan over the phone.
“What do you mean... what’s happened?” Stan replies.
The synopsis for the special reads: "We'll find out the answer to the question: what happened to the children who lived through the pandemic? Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny survived, but will never be the same post COVID."
South Park: Post Covid is one of many upcoming South Park projects for Paramout+, with the creators of the show locking in a deal running through til 2027.
