We called our ol' mate Pearl from Tahuna Tavern this week, and she never dissapoints.
We met Pearl back in 2018 after hearing about how much of a hoot she is, and as soon as we met her, we knew she was an absolute national treasure.
Bryce is headed down to Hamilton this weekend for the rugby, so we called Pearl to let her know Bryce was headed through Tahuna, and to see what's been going on at the Tav lately.
Not even a minute into the chat and Pearl started teasing Bryce about his 'big balls,' and told him he can come and ride on her "Willie" (She was referring to her 'Willie Rider,' a van with a Willie the Waiter graphic on the side).
She later said that if Bryce had some time to spare this weekend, he could come and vacuum her house in nothing but a pinny.
Honestly, we don't know if Pearl was hitting on Bryce or taking the piss out of him, but either way, she never fails to crack us up with her rogue phone calls.
