Everyone’s saying the same thirsty thing about new viral vid of Josh Homme covering David Bowie

Old mate has a lot of admirers.

After getting involved during his tour Down Under, Josh Homme has kept the party going with a smooth cover of a David Bowie classic at a California bar.

Joined by Chad Smith, drummer for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and others, Homme performed Bowie’s 1983 hit ‘Let’s Dance’ at Aviator Nation Dreamland in Malibu. Footage shows the frontman smacking back a tequila, including licking the salt off the glass, before grooving his way through the tune.

There are people saying that it is an incredible rendition, but most of the comments are frothing Homme for more physical reasons - I’ll just put it like that.

“Everything I love the most all together!” wrote one person. “Eternal David Bowie, what a song. I love Josh.”

“This man just gets sexier with age,” said another.

“Wish I was that salt,” a third added.

“What a thirsty comments section,” one more aptly pointed out. “Well deserved.”

There are also way more that talk about zooming in to Homme’s family jewels which I won’t write here because we have to keep it somewhat PG.

This isn’t the first time this year Homme had people feeling a certain type of way. A couple of weeks ago at the Queens Of The Stone Age’s Sydney gig, the 50-year-old walked through the crowd and gave a fan a big ol’ pash.

At the Malibu bar, ‘Just Dance’ wasn’t the only tune Homme covered. The gig was put on by Smith as a way for him and his mates to play some incredible music to a lucky crowd.

They also played ‘Don’t Change’ by INXS and old mate seemed to be having a killer time doing it, smiling at the crowd and just lapping up all the love.

Good on the bloke for being a rock star and doing it well.
