AC/DC, Tool, GnR, Metallica, Iron Maiden & Ozzy Osbourne are all teasing a major rock festival

Seeing all of them in one weekend!? Take my money.

If this happens, I would sell my firstborn child to go. (I don’t actually have a child, but if I did, I would.)

Some of the biggest names in rock - AC/DC, Tool, Guns n’ Roses, Metallica, Iron Maiden and Ozzy Osbourne - have all shared social media posts suggesting they’re headlining a new festival, ‘Power Trip.’

All of the bands/ artists social media accounts have re-shared the same promo video, which shows pieces of magazines being cut out to form a collage that makes up the Power Trip festival poster.

The bands and Ozzy tagged Power Trip’s social media account in the caption, and looking at the festival’s Instagram, it appears more details will be revealed tonight or tomorrow (March 30th in America.)

People online are speculating that the festival will go down on the weekend of October 6-8, at the Empire Polo Fields in California - the same place Coachella and Stagecoach Festival happens.

The Scenestar reports that the festival could possibly be an extension of the Desert Trip festival that happened back in 2016, which saw The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Roger Waters and The Who perform.

The festival would be a notable return to the stage for Ozzy, who earlier this year announced he was retiring from touring while he still recovers from surgeries.

It would also be AC/DC’s first time performing live since 2016, after their latest tour in support of their album Power Up was cancelled due to the pandemic.

While Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, Tool and Iron Maiden have still been touring over the last few years.

Brad the Boss if you’re reading this - I’m legitimately gonna be booking some leave as soon as the dates are confirmed.
